Eloho is an internationally trained lawyer from Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian bar as a
Barrister and Solicitor. Her legal journey has been defined by competence and excellence,
reflecting her dedication to the legal field. With a diverse legal background spanning both
litigation and corporate/commercial transactions, Eloho has advised on various sectors
including Banking and Finance, Aviation, Energy, Oil and Gas, and Construction. She has lent her
expertise to numerous multinational organizations, advising them on a wide array of
transactions.

Prior to her current role at Ace Legal, Eloho honed her skills at one of Nigeria's top business law
firms, where she advised on complex business issues. Additionally, she interned at a leading law
firm in the United Kingdom, gaining invaluable international exposure. Eloho’s pursuit of
knowledge led her to obtain a Master’s Degree in Oil and Gas Law from the esteemed
University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom.
