She has appeared before several levels of courts, administrative and regulatory tribunals in Alberta and Ontario.
Nkechi was called to the Alberta Bar in 2017. She completed her Articles at a reputable law firm in Calgary that focused on championing legal compensation claims in Class Actions, Personal Injury and Insurance Law. Prior to this, Nkechi worked as an Employment Law Consultant in Manchester, England and as an Associate Lawyer at a corporate law firm in Lagos, Nigeria. Nkechi was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002 and has over 18 years experience as a Lawyer. She volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance and Pro-bono Law Alberta and enjoys spending time with her family.
